Leading From Within

Many roads have led me to my next role and exciting opportunity, from licensed professional counselor to diversity practitioner in schools and a member of the Glasgow Group. I am launching a new path as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC). This certification is issued following the completion of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) Training Program in accordance with approved International Coaching Federation (ICF) requirements.

Our mission is to raise the consciousness of the world, one person at a time. iPEC afforded me the tools needed to become an expert coach, thriving business owner, and influential leader. This includes a certification as an Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP). This certification provides me with the training necessary to coach and debrief clients utilizing this research-based, proprietary tool as well as skills to analyze and interpret the data from the ELI Assessment results. It allows me to partner with clients to uncover opportunities for deeper awareness, optimal performance, and growth.

My coaching skill set is expansive. Informed by my counseling and diversity practitioner background, my coaching combines the multifaceted tools I have developed over my profound career. Listed are some of the aspects of my coaching: active listening, building trust, communicating effectively, maintaining presence, partnering with clients, powerful questioning, setting goals and a thorough understanding of the 7 Levels of Energy.
